For the past couple of weeks Volkswagen Canada has been spearheading a cross-Canada drive from Halifax to Vancouver.  More affectionately known as the Volkswagen Great Canadian TDI Clean Diesel Tour, journalists and participants are rotated through five models from the 2014 TDI lineup: Passat, Jetta, Golf Wagon, Touareg and Beetle.   We’ll be joining the drive from Winnipeg to Medicine Hat, covering the prairies and three provinces in our stretch.

On Wednesday morning we’ll be departing Winnipeg, driving approximately two and a half hours before stopping for lunch in Brandon, MB.  From there we’ll be crossing into Saskatchewan with a stop in Moosomin before arriving in Regina for an overnight stay.

Thursday morning will see us heading for our final destination with stops in Moose Jaw, Swift Current and finally Medicine Hat.
